Who We Are

SanoGrain sells premium seeds, dry fruits, and natural foods, packed in Bengaluru, India. FSSAI Licence: 11226331000320.

Accounts

You can create an account with your email or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You must provide accurate contact and shipping information for orders to be delivered.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking).
An order is confirmed once payment is successful. You will receive a confirmation with your order number.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred — in that case you receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse partners and typically deliver within 2–5 business days.
Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery timelines are estimates and can occasionally vary due to courier delays.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items, we accept returns only if the product arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect.
Report an issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos to sanograin@gmail.com.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Product Information

We take care to describe our products accurately, including weights and nutritional information. Natural products can vary slightly in appearance from photos. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, scrape data, place fraudulent orders, or abuse discount codes beyond their stated limits.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
